This Returns & Refunds policy is for Rimbalzo website sales only.

At Rimbalzo, we hope you will be delighted with the goods you order. We only sell products we are convinced are of good quality and good value for money.

If you should be unhappy with your goods for any reason, please e-mail us, or write to us and tell us why. If your goods are damaged or faulty, please let us know if you think they have been damaged in transit. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Distance Selling Regulations
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of seven working days after you receive the goods. A working day is any day other than weekends, bank or other public holidays.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must send us written notice by e-mail or by letter giving details of what you have ordered. The goods must be in perfect condition. For washable nappies, any sealed packaging must be unopened.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. The goods must be returned to Rimbalzo, 111 Monnow Street, Monmouth, Gwent, NP25 3EG. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. We recommend you obtain insurance when returning valuable goods.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or recredit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

If you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding our costs of recovering the goods.

Please note: The distance selling regulations do not apply to products made specifically for a customer such as the Breastfeeding chair. As these chairs are made to order, the manufacturer is unable to accept returns under these terms.

Refunds
Refunds are always made back to the original payment method. For example, credit card refunds are made back to the original credit card. PayPal refunds must be back to the original PayPal account. Where a credit card has expired, the customer will need to provide us with the replacement card details. Due to restrictions placed by PayPal, refunds due more than 60 days after the original payment will result in extra PayPal fees.

Clothing Returns
We accept returns of clothing provided that they have not been washed or worn. Please keep tags on clothing until you are sure you are happy with them as loss of tags may affect the refund we are able to give you.

Return of Toiletries
For reason of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns of toiletries once they have been opened unless the product is faulty.

Sale Goods
Return of sale goods must be carried out within 7 days of receipt.
