Introduction to Bambino Mio

Bambino Mio nappies and covers are designed with comfort and simplicity in mind. The nappies are 100% cotton and offer many advantages over disposable nappies.

Before using the nappies

The nappies need to be pre-washed in non-biological washing powder at 60º at least once before use. Two or three times is preferable and nappies must be dried in between. This causes the fibres to shrink and fluff up and become more absorbent. The nappy will get smaller and thicker for the first 4 or 5 washes and this shrinkage has been allowed for when fitting the nappy covers with nappies. If you have bought a large number of nappies, you may want to pre-wash a few first. It is not necessary to pre-wash nappy covers.

Sizes
Newborn: up to 5 kgs, 6-11 lbs.
Small: 5-7 kgs, 11-16 lbs.
Medium: 7-9 kgs, 16-21 lbs.
Large: 9-12 kgs, 21-27 lbs.
Extra Large: 12-15 kgs, 27-34 lbs.
