We are registered suppliers for Real Nappies for London and accept vouchers. For more information visit www.realnappiesforlondon.org.uk, or click here to download a leaflet (Acrobat required).

1. Once you have your voucher, you can order through our website as normal but please enter your voucher number in the 'Special Instructions' section of our order form.

2. Before we despatch your goods, we will need you to post us your voucher along with proof of identity. The proof of identity can be a copy of your driving license, or utility bill.

3. We are required to despatch your goods to the address on your voucher.

4. Vouchers are valid for washable nappies and accessories such as wraps, grippers and liners. They are not valid for items such as training pants as the vouchers are intended for babies under the age of 18 months.

5. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after your original purchase.

6. No change is available when redeeming a voucher.

7. If you pay by Credit or Debit card, we will adjust the total amount of your order allowing for the value of your voucher before your card is debited.

8. You may pay by Paypal, but we you have to pay the full amount of the order by Paypal. We will then refund your Paypal account by the value of your voucher.

9. Payments by cheque also accepted. Please send cheque payable to 'Rimbalzo' to:

Please allow 5-7 days for cheque clearance.
