Delivery Times
We offer a full mail-order service for the nappies, toys and furniture
you will find listed in these pages. All of our nappies are kept in stock
and will generally be sent to you within 48 hours. Occasionally during
busy periods, we will have to re-order from our suppliers, but we will
let you know if this is the case.
Certain more bulky items such as nursery furniture and some toys may be ordered from the manufacturers as orders are placed. Consequently, these special order items will take approximately 14 days to deliver to you.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are now split into 2, furniture orders and non-furniture
orders.
Non-furniture orders (toys, clothing, nappies, toiletries, etc.) cost £2.95 for orders less than £20 in value, and £4.95 for orders of £20 and over.
Furniture orders cost an extra £2 due to the weight of the furniture. Hence small furniture orders costing less than £20 cost £4.95 postage, larger furniture orders of £20 and over cost £7.95 postage.
Postage charges are for the whole order, regardless of the number of boxes.

Priority Delivery
If you would like a price for priority delivery (next day, before
12:00, Special Delivery, etc.), please contact
us for a quotation. The price will depend on the destination, the
weight of your parcel and the service required.
UK Deliveries and Postcodes
Please be very careful when entering your postcode. For orders sent
with Royal Mail, if the parcel is lost and your postcode is incorrect,
Royal Mail will not pay compensation. For other couriers, if your postcode
is incorrect, your delivery can be delayed and they may make a surcharge.
Offshore Islands
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and other
offshore islands carry a £2 surcharge for orders weighing
4-6 kg. Heavier deliveries will be priced on an individual basis.
Scottish Highlands
Heavier orders (over 4.0 kg) sent to Scottish Highlands are likely
to carry an extra charge. This applies to the following postcodes: IV,
HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE
International Delivery
We are happy to quote for international delivery. We have sent toys and
nappies to Europe, USA, even Australia! Just contact
us with a list of what you want sent and we will let you know the
delivery charge.
Free Delivery
For customers near to Monmouth where we now have an office, we can
offer free delivery of your toys, furniture or nappies subject to a minimum
order value of £20. You may also find certain products offered as
free delivery in our website regardless of where you live.
